This concert is presented by Saco's Sweetser Series as a kick-off for the town-wide event, "The Big Read." The Big Read invites the whole town to join together to read one book, "Tom Sawyer," and then celebrate the story with events and activities for all ages. My concert will feature songs Tom might have known and loved, as well as just a bit of background about where the songs originated and any stories behind them. It should be a fun evening, and I hope you'll join us. The $5 admission fee benefits the Provident Association of Saco.
